I came in blindly, not knowing too much about the establishment, but their name serves the restaurant well- No.1 Noodles! I opened the door immediately taken aback by the atmosphere inside, with the jazz music and unique interior design choices! And the food did not disappoint! The soups hit perfectly on a brisk night. We had the house special with rice noodles and a wonton soup. Both with their own perfect flavors. For a sweet bite, we had the fried taro sweet potato balls that came with a sweet icing like sauce for an additional sweet enhancement. I fell in love with the cookware too lol! Overall such a great experience, I can't wait to come again and try more off their menu! :)

Great restaurant for noodle soup on a cold weather. They had amazing side dishes too. They also had an area of skewers, which we didn’t try. There were only two hosts, but they were very nice. When it was busy, we had to wait a bit to get their attention. I enjoyed the chongqing noodle, the seaweed and the sliced beef. I did feel everything was more salty than my liking, but it was delicious.

Enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Lot of attention to detail at this location such as specific chopsticks at table va hightop, custom comfortable seating, even seat to table height was perfect for soups. Soup had robust flavor and excellent. Broth did not feel too oily on palate so you could enjoy all the other flavors/dishes. Golden buns for us were not as good as others we've had (slightly dense, sweetness). Main meals were worth ordering again. Good story on the menu of how the restaurant came to be as well.

I don’t often give reviews, but this restaurant deserves a shoutout.I ordered one of their noodle dish, needless to say it was delicious. What stood out to me, was an owner who CARES. I came for a quick lunch by myself and ordered one of their specialized dishes, the crab roe noodle. I was on a call when the server brought the noodle dish out, I didn’t get to it immediately. It looked fine, but the owner came out and started to assess the presentation. He wasn’t satisfied. I asked what’s going on, he said he has a new chef and wants to ensure it’s perfect from start to finish. Taste wise, I couldn’t tell if my first serving was not right as I never tasted it to compare the before and after. But when he returned with the replacement, the sauce was slightly more orange, so they must’ve adjusted it. Again, to me, I wouldn’t have known. It didn’t have the spring onion garnish on it the first time, and it did for three replacement.I run a business focused on quality and experience for my clientele, and his dedication to the small details resonate with me and I respect that. He’s an owner who cares. Will return. For those who had a little trouble locating the storefront, you’ll pull in the main plaza initially and need to drive around the corner as it’s facing 75.

First time trying this new place and definitely will come back! Many options for skewers to choose from. The seasoning on those skewers is fire, so good! We ordered a braised beef noodles soup and house special rice noodles soup with intestines. Both are amazing. The staffs here are very attentive. Great vibes and super cute utensils too!

We came in around 8pm on Friday. It was past normal dinner time. It was quiet and nice to catch up with friends. The waitress was helpful in making orders. We enjoyed the food !
